To log into the Portal:

1. Use your schnitz.com.au email address and click on Next
2. Enter your Password and click Login (If you do not know your password click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password)
3. Select the Department you wish to contact and complete the relevant form, otherwise click on Requests in the top right corner to view the tickets you have submitted
